Designed specifically for reducing reflection, glare, and dust on security camera lenses and similar glass products, TZT0031 employs advanced nano-silica fractal assembly technology. This innovation creates ultra-fine microstructures below 50nm, forming a thin yet highly durable coating with a hydrophilic angle of less than 10°.

 

This purely inorganic coating boasts superior weather resistance, exceptional abrasion resistance, and anti-static properties. It prevents dust adhesion, and any settled dust can self-clean with water contact, ensuring sustained transparency and cleanliness of glass surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Pre-Treatment Process

  • Cleaning the Surface:

    • Prior to application, thoroughly clean the surface using a neutral detergent to remove all oils, grease, and contaminants.
    • Rinse the surface with clean water to ensure no residue remains.
    • Ensure the surface is completely free of oils, dust, and watermarks before proceeding to the next step. Allow the surface to dry completely.
  • Dust Prevention:

    • Apply the coating immediately after surface preparation to prevent dust or debris from settling.
  • Environmental Requirements:

    • Optimal application temperature: 20-35°C.
    • Relative humidity: 30-70%.

Application Methods

  • Coating Techniques:

    • Use spray coating, roll coating, or dip coating methods depending on the material and coating requirements.
  • Durability:

    • A single treatment offers up to 5 years of effective protection.
