ZAZ0002 is a highly penetrative protective solution featuring a unique fluororesin-based structure. Designed for carpet-specific applications, this innovative coating effectively penetrates carpet fibers at room temperature, forming a robust water-resistant network structure. It prevents moisture infiltration without compromising the carpet’s breathability, significantly enhancing its natural properties. Once cured, the coating imparts exceptional water and oil repellency, while protecting carpets against oxidation, discoloration, and mold growth.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Method

 

 

Pre-Application Preparation

  • Ensure the surface of the substrate is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
  • Select an appropriate application method: spraying or immersion to ensure even coating and sufficient absorption until the surface appears fully wet.

Application Process

  • Allow the surface to air dry naturally without contact with water for at least 6 hours. Full curing takes 12–24 hours, after which the coating will deliver exceptional and long-lasting waterproof performance.
  • Use either air spraying or a spray can as a delivery method.

Air Spraying Specifications

  • Spray Pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa
  • Spray Distance: 10–15 cm

Application Environment

  • Temperature Range: 0°C–40°C
  • Relative Humidity: 25%–75% RH
