ZCP0010 is a specialized dual-component, room-temperature self-drying nano coating developed by AZ Nano Tech and Triz GmbH KG & Co. Ltd., UK. This advanced formula incorporates the latest nano-silica fractal combination technology and is enriched with nano-tungsten trioxide and nano-tin oxide. It forms a micro-structured coating of less than 50 nm on surfaces, achieving an ultra-thin, super-hydrophilic layer with a water contact angle of less than 5°.
Enhanced with high-durability Pt nanoparticles, the coating delivers superior weather resistance, anti-static performance, and self-cleaning capabilities. Dust and stains are easily removed as water dynamically spreads over the surface, forming a continuous film that cleans effectively under its weight, leaving surfaces spotless after rinsing or rainfall.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Pre-Treatment for Application

Surface Cleaning:
- Prior to application, ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned using an alkaline detergent to remove oil, oxide layers, and debris.
- Rinse with clean water and ensure the surface is free from oil, dust, and watermarks. Allow it to dry completely before proceeding.

- After cleaning, apply the coating promptly to avoid re-contamination with dust or debris.

- Conduct the application in a dust-free environment with adequate ventilation or air extraction systems to maintain coating quality.
