ZCP0020C is a specially formulated single-component, heat-cured, long-lasting anti-fog nano coating developed by AZ Nano Tech. Leveraging the latest nano-silica fractal combination technology and organic-inorganic hybrid techniques, this coating forms an ultra-thin layer of microstructures smaller than 50nm on surfaces.

 

Once cured, the coating achieves a hydrophilic angle of less than 10°, enabling water to fully wet and spread into a thin, transparent film on the surface, effectively preventing fogging.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Method

  • Surface Preparation

  • Initial Cleaning:

    • Use an alkaline cleaning agent to thoroughly remove oil, oxide films, and any other contaminants on the object's surface.
    • Rinse the surface with clean water until no residue remains. Ensure the surface is free of oil stains, dust, and watermarks.
    • Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding.
  • Plasma Treatment:

    • Conduct plasma treatment to eliminate any remaining oxide films and achieve an optimal surface condition for adhesion.
  • Immediate Application:

    • Apply the coating immediately after cleaning to prevent re-contamination by dust or airborne particles.
  • Environmental Control:

    • Ensure the working environment is dust-free, equipped with ventilation systems or appropriate air extraction equipment to maintain air quality and prevent contamination during application.
  • Application Process

  • Spray Coating:

    • Use a spray gun for uniform application across the surface.
  • Longevity:

    • A single treatment can provide 3–5 years of effective protection.

  • Recommended Storage Temperature: 18-25℃
  • Shelf Life: 12 months.
