ZCP0034 is an advanced, dual-component long-lasting nano protective coating developed by AZ Nano Tech. Using state-of-the-art nano silica fractal combination technology and nano tin dioxide doping, it forms an ultra-thin protective layer with micro-scale roughness below 50nm. The coating solidifies into a highly durable and hydrophilic film with a contact angle of less than 10°. Enhanced with high-weather-resistance Pt nanoparticles, the coating offers exceptional durability and superior anti-static properties, effectively preventing contaminants from adhering to the surface. Stains, when exposed to water, are self-cleaned, maintaining excellent transparency and cleanliness.

Application Method

Pre-Treatment

Surface Cleaning:
- Prior to application, clean the substrate thoroughly with a neutral detergent to remove oil stains and dust.
- Rinse with clean water and ensure the surface is free of oil, dust, and watermarks. Allow it to dry completely.
- Alternatively, use anhydrous ethanol to eliminate surface contaminants.

Immediate Application:
- Once cleaned, promptly proceed with dipping or flow-coating to avoid re-contamination with dust.

Controlled Environment:
- Ensure a dust-free workspace equipped with ventilation or appropriate air-extraction systems to maintain optimal application conditions.

Application Process
Base Coat Pre-Treatment

Base Coat Application:
- Treat cleaned aluminum substrates with ZAZ0034 Base Coat using dipping or flow-coating techniques.
- Remove excess liquid to ensure a smooth, uniform surface.

Curing the Base Coat:
- Bake at 70°C for 10 minutes.
- Allow the coated substrate to cool before proceeding to the top coat application.
Top Coat Application

Top Coat Application:
- Once the base coat is complete and cooled, apply ZAZ0034B using dipping or flow-coating methods.
- Ensure excess liquid is removed to maintain a flat, even coating.

Curing the Top Coat:
- Step 1: Pre-bake at 50°C for 10 minutes to evaporate moisture.
- Step 2: Final bake at 120°C for 30 minutes, or alternatively, 180°C for 15 minutes.
Important Notes
- Ensure all treated surfaces are free of uneven liquid residue before curing.
- Follow precise curing temperatures and times to guarantee coating integrity and performance.

- Recommended Storage Temperature: 18-25℃
- Shelf Life: 6 months.
