ZCP0025 is a specialized single-component, long-lasting self-cleaning nano-coating developed by AZ Nano Tech, primarily designed for glass curtain walls. Utilizing advanced nano-silica fractal combinations and doped nano tungsten trioxide, nano tin oxide, and photocatalytic nano titanium dioxide, this innovative coating forms a super-thin layer (less than 50nm) on glass surfaces.

 

The coating delivers a super-hydrophilic effect with a contact angle of less than 5°, enabling self-cleaning capabilities while maintaining the glass's transparency and durability. With added high-durability Pt micro-particles and photocatalytic activity, the coating achieves self-repairing hydrophilic properties under visible light, significantly reducing maintenance costs and ensuring pristine glass curtain walls over time.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Method

Pre-Treatment

  • Surface Preparation:

    • Before application, clean the surface to remove oil stains, oxide layers, and debris using an alkaline cleaning agent.
    • Rinse thoroughly with water and ensure no oil stains, dust, or water streaks remain.
    • Allow the surface to dry completely before starting the coating process.

  • Timely Application:

    • Apply the coating immediately after surface preparation to avoid contamination by dust or dirt.

  • Environmental Requirements:

    • Ensure the workspace is dust-free and equipped with proper ventilation systems or air filtration devices to maintain high application quality.

Application Methods

  • Coating Techniques:

    • Apply the product using one of the following methods:

  • Longevity of Treatment:
