ZAZ0027 is a single-component, heat-curing specialty coating introduced by AZ Nano Tech in collaboration with Triz GmbH KG & Co. Ltd., UK. This coating utilizes the latest nano-hybrid technology to form a nanometer-thin, colorless, and transparent coating layer on surfaces. The application can be carried out through spraying or roller coating methods. Once cured, the coating delivers exceptional super hydrophilic and self-cleaning properties, along with moderate anti-static functionality.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Pre-application Surface Preparation
- Thoroughly clean the PET film to ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, and other contaminants.
- Verify that the surface is completely dry before proceeding to the coating application.
- For optimal results, conduct the application in a clean environment, equipped with proper ventilation and dust extraction systems to avoid re-contamination.
Coating Application
- Ensure the coating material is thoroughly stirred before use to achieve uniformity.
- The product is ready-to-use and does not require dilution.
- Application methods:
- Roller Coating: Use a roller to evenly spread the coating on the PET film surface.
- Spray Coating: Employ an appropriate sprayer for a uniform layer application.
- Maintain ambient conditions during application:
- Temperature: 10–40°C
- Relative Humidity: 25%–75%
Curing Process
- Heat-cure the coated surface at 100°C for 5–10 minutes to ensure optimal adhesion and coating durability.
Storage
- Recommended Storage Temperature: 18-25℃
- Shelf Life: 6 months.
